"Unable to connect to 3DEXPERIENCE".
What should I do if SOLIDWORKS no longer connects to 3DEXPERIENCE after an update?
Problem:
Following the SOLIDWORKS update, the error message "Unable to connect to 3DEXPERIENCE" appears and you can no longer work on it.
Resolution 1: Delete the folders
1. On your computer, delete the following folders:
%programdata%\DassaultSystemes\Licenses
%localappdata%\Temp\swcefcache
2. Restart SOLIDWORKS
Resolution 2: Reinstall the software
If Resolution 1 does not resolve the problem, follow the standard SOLIDWORKS uninstall procedure.
