Denied access to 3DEXPERIENCE

How do I resolve the "Access denied" error when trying to launch the 3DEXPERIENCE platform?

When opening the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, an "access denied" error message is displayed, and you are unable to use it.

 

 

Causes and solutions:

1. Obsolete web browser data

It is possible that some stored cookies contain obsolete or corrupted data. It is therefore recommended to clean them up to allow the browser to load "fresh" versions of the data.

Resolution:
a. Open the page in a private browser window (Ctrl + Shift + N)
b. Open the page in another web browser (Edge or Chrome for example)
c. Clear your browser's cache and cookies

2. Blocking web extension

If the previous steps do not solve the problem, look at your web browser extensions; some of them sometimes block access to 3DEXPERIENCE.

Resolution:
Deactivate the blocking extensions.

3. 3DSwymer role expired

Another possibility is that your access to the 3DSwymer role has expired. This is the role that provides access to 3DEXPERIENCE.

Resolution:
Check this article and ask your administrator (if it's not you) to update the role.
