3. Grant and remove a Role/License
How to assign a role/license to a user already present on your platform?
It's so easy! Go to the Platfom management dashboard > Members > Invite and assign roles
- Click on the "i" next to the desired user or role
- Tick the box to assign/remove the role
Remember to check that the quantity for the role is sufficient:
The user has the role!
Please note that after assigning the role to the user, the role will remain locked on the profile for 30 days.
If the role is not available, report the issue!
If you cannot find the desired license even though it is supposed to be available, contact Support or your CSM!
